I never imagined that we could qualify for a home as we had not so perfect credit. But, Karl reviewed our credit and gave us advice on what we needed to do to get on track to qualify. Some other unanticipated financial things were uncovered while processing our loan that made us not qualify with our first potential lender, but Karl was quick at finding us a new lender that would except us given the new circumstances. My advice to anyone who is applying for a home loan that may have some 'ghosts' in their closet is to trust in Karl's advice, but be prepared to jump through some hoops along the way. We are now settling into our new home and it's incredible how good it feels. Thanks Karl!

Mike and his team are awesome. Mike has helped me finance the purchase of two properties and refinance one of them several times. Here is why I love working with him: 1) Mike is really easy to communicate with. I have never had a problem getting a hold of him. 2) He is realistic with your situation and does not first try to get your business, and then modify his statements 3) He is willing to explain things to you until you understand them (like going through a settlement statement line by line)

I had contacted Luz Vega because my previous Loan Officer was not very responsive and I didn't have much faith he could seal the deal. (Myself and my wife did have some credit issues) When I talked to Luz, she was more than ready for the challenge and stepped up without hesitation.
