Being self-employed, my application process was more complex than expected but Suzette was there every step of the way to guide me through the never-ending lender requests and documents to be submitted. Suzette's optimism and professionalism kept me going even when it looked like things were not going our way and she was extremely responsive to all of my many questions via text, phone-call and e-mail. The customer service I received from both Suzette and Bob was top-notch. With all of the obstacles put in our way by the builder and lender Suzette was able to get me a great loan and actually put me in a position to close earlier than expected. It is nice to know that there are still people out there who are both professional, responsive, and really seem to enjoy helping their clients.
