Andy Espineira with Ladera Lending is the best. He is knowledgeable and makes the time and effort to make sure you understand each step in the loan process and are comfortable with it. In my case, I was uncomfortable with one request and he was able to get it waived for me! Andy responds promptly to all questions and never leaves you "hanging." He also has excellent outside resources available. The broker he recommended saved me thousands of dollars on the purchase price of my home.
