I have 4 accounts set up at this location. Yet every time I go into this branch I have to play the 20 questions game about who I am, how long I've been going to this branch for my money, what I intend to do with my funds, and where I live. To me this is very aggravating because it takes me over 20 minutes when it should take them a few seconds. I mean I give you my Drivers License, I slide my card and put in my stupid secret code which matches the accounts that your being shown on your screen now just hurry up and do what I've asked how hard is that.. I was thinking of opening a premium PMA account at this branch but with the service that I have been receiving lately I'm not so sure it's where my money should be.. IN CONCLUSION: CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE

The branch and its staff are very helpful and have always gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I've been able to call and clear up questions quickly and every time I've gone into the branch, service has been courteous and prompt.
