Just purchased a 2001 Jeep here and the experience was wonderful! From the very first interaction we were very happy and comfortable. These guys do not pressure sell at all. Actually the whole experience was fun and we love the car. The customer service is awesome and these guys are super friendly. We got a great price and the car is really nice. Thank you!

The experience my sister and I had was absolutely great! No hassle or pressure, Robert was very helpful. As girls we don't really know much about cars or how the process works but he was able to assist us and guide us. We ended buying a 2008 Ford Fusion with only 116,000 miles and it hasn't given us any problems, feels like a new car!! I would definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for reliable and be approved easily.

My experience has been the absolute worst! I purchased my car 3/24/16. That day I heard grinding in the right rear tire and mentioned it to the salesmen, the radio also didn't work and the wiper blades needed replacing. The radio was taken care of the following week and the wiper blades were put on the same day. the following week the driver window motor went out. My window fell down in the door while driving. (Wasn't covered by 30 day warrant) the second week I started I called the dealership to report it again. I took it to the mechanic he drove it around and said he heard nothing. In the meantime the gps guy installed the gps, when I got home that day the speedometer started jumping. I called the dealership and took it to the shop the following week. The mechanics said they didn't see it jumping and still heard no strange noises. I was told ford are loud cars and we need to hurry up and fix the radio so you can't hear anything anymore. I've called off work three times to have the car looked at by the mechanics next door from them, whom I don't trust!!! the fourth time u brought it back after it had overheated 53 miles away from home. I stopped 20 times that day allowing the car to cool down and refill on water and antifreeze. I stopped on the freeway in Poway and figured I could change the coolant reservoir on my own and did. The next Monday I called off went into the shop, I sat in the car the entire time to get an idea of what they were looking at while they inspected it. The mexhanic tony eventually scanned the car computer and recieved a code it was the control speed sensor replaced it and charged me $140 which I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for. Noemi and Lea has followed up with me and has really shown they cared however, I feel trapped and STUPID. I was told to take to car to Penkse Ford in La Mesa. I get there and I explained what was going on to the assistant manager Amy Barclay. She told me the repairs were major and needed the car for at least two days. She also told me she felt "sorry" for me. My car is totally unsafe while in reverse it will shut down on me, the speedometer has a mind on its own jumping from 0 to 70mph. I feel like a sucker and totally took the bait. It's amazing how these kinds of car lots extend credit to buyers, giving them cars that have repairs that cost more than what the car is worth. I've held back on my review purposely to give this company a chance to fix my vehicle but I feel like it's my responsibility to let help someone else before they get fucked off like I did. I wish I was still in my recession period and read a review like this one.
