Great experience! I was in and out for an oil change in less than an hour without an appointment.

One of the worst dealership ever. DO NO GO THERE. I went their the other day looking to buy the hyundai veloster turbo. I was looking to test drive it so I went to the show room because they do not have them displayed in the parking lot. I want their and no welcoming what so ever !!!! I was shocked although no one was their and there were over 6 so called salesmen at the show room. I finally spoke with one of them and I told him that In here to see the hyundai veloster turbo and he was " ok, sure" I asked him where are they. He pointed at the very corner of the lot and there were only 2 cars there!!!! I said okay no wonder why I had hard time seeing them. I waked to see the car and surprisingly the rude incompetent salesmen did not follow me to help me with any question or make the deal! I looked around and said to myself, they are the losers here. If they do not want to sale cars, I simply will go to the next dealership where they deserve my business. SO DO yourself a favor and STY OUT of this Dealership.

Absolutely terrible service. I brought in my vehicle to have 2 door handles replaced (one being fully taken off, the other just hanging on the door...one more tug and it would come off, just how the first one did...its a problem with this year and model of vehicle 2010 Sonata) and was first told if ANY repairs were done, the estimate would be $125 FOR THE DOOR HANDLES. I also needed my "TPMS light" inspected as it was on, and I was told by "Cody English" that I would only have to pay those fees if work WAS done on my car...NOTHING WAS DONE OTHER THAN THEIR NORMAL INSPECTION!! I also gave them my cell phone, AND house phone to call in case I couldn't reach my cell...I never got a call! I also tried calling several times both days and would be disconnected or reach a voicemail until finally I got a call back from Cody...He gave me the estimate for my door handles/the install fee to which I said "No thank you, that's too much I will just install them myself, what is the total cost that I am paying today?" "He told me it would be the cost of the door handle/painting to which I said "okay I'll come pick up my car in an hour"... I get there, this guy is no where to be found for a good 15minutes...then, he has the nerve to charge me $125 EXTRA because they "LOOKED" at my door handle WHICH IS ALREADY BROKEN...AND DID NOTHING. basically I was lied to and scammed. My first receipt estimate doesn't add up with the second one I received also which is kinda sketchy...avoid this place at all costs. Going to talk with the manager.

Came here to get a broken brake light fixed. The service guy was rude and told me it would be a 2 hour wait to have someone look at it. I asked if it would be covered and he said no. They had someone look at it real quick and told me they would have to replace the whole panel and it would be $200. I then drove down to Firestone in El Cajon. I pulled in and asked if they could fix it. 5 minutes later I was leaving with a fixed brake light at NO charge. Poor and scandalous service!!!

Adios Penske Hyundai. I was in here a couple weeks ago because I was hearing a pulsing when going down hill. It started after a previous service but I ignored it for a little while until someone riding in my car said I should get it checked out. I took my car in, they suggested replacing the breaks so I said do it. I left the dealer and heard the same pulsation the same day I picked up my car. Quality control is lacking. This past week I tried turning on my heated seats. The light blinks and then turns off on both of the front seats. I scheduled another appointment only to be told I am 4,000 miles out of warranty. Sorry I did not test the heated seats while it was 100 degrees for the last 6 months here in San Diego. As it stands right now, I will never buy a Hyundai again and I will never visit Penske Hyundai again. I paid the experts to diagnose why my car was making a pulsing sound. I did what they suggested and it did not work. Today they said they would need to charge me more money to diagnose the problem again. They misdiagnosed the problem the first time now they want me to pay to diagnose it again. This is not confidence inspiring. I purchased a Hyundai because there supposedly good warranty. My car is four years old and has 64,000 miles. Now the heated seats do not work. I guess they are fine with major equipment malfunctions in such a young car. Nice knowing you.
