Chase Bank in King City, CA

Had problems with cashing husband check with his id, social and a signed letter from him even tho they new who we were. My husband couldn't cash his check they said he had to wait 24 hrs to be able to use his own money. We had money missing from account tried talkin to supervisor but didnt helped out so still tryin to have them return what belongs to us. We will never recommend that bank to family and I already made plenty of friends to move there accounts. Chase and washington mutual are the worst. . . .
