Student Loan Managers in Irvine, CA

this company does not receive any stars. When I try to call, I get music and then it hangs up on me. Other times I try to call and have to leave a message for someone to call me back, and normally do not get a call back. It is very unusual to reach someone the first time trying to call. I have consolidated with this company over a year ago, and my loans still are not consolidated. When they have trouble, I do not get a phone call or an email. This company told me it takes 2 months for the consolidation process to go through and they would keep me informed and they have not. A year later, my loan companies still have no recollection of me consolidating. I have been trying to call to speak with a manager about canceling and getting my money back but it seems to be a day to day fight to even try to get a hold of this company. Id suggest if you want to consolidate, to go thru a government sponsored consolidation company. I have my bank account on hold and have stopped payment towards this company until I can get ahold of them and then I have heard it is just a fight to try to get money back. Do not make the same mistake I have because my loans still aren't consolidation as I thought they would be and should be by now and I keep receiving bills for payments when I can not afford to be paying 4 companies money that I do not have. I also went on the website for my loan companies and all of my info was changed without my consent. I never gave them that information out because I still wanted access to look up my loans myself and there is no reason why they would even need that info. I had to call my loan companies and change my information back to my own address and now one company wants one payment of over 3,000 that i cant afford because I thought my loans were consolidated through this company and it turns out not. So what are they doing with my money you ask? I have no freaking clue because their customer service people they have working do not return your calls. This company is private and I do not recommend consolidating with this company. Christina Henley

I would give no stars but you can't please don't waste your time or money with this crap I'm tired of calling and no one picks up or calls back and my husband's student loan company keeps wanting info to update there system an get him in the income based repayment plan but apparently united advisors have not given it to them I mean seriously what are we paying this for if there not going to do there job not to mention they won't give me the log In on the student loans website so I can just do it myself but then again they won't do it so what the hell!!!?
