after being turned down for the loan, the rep Mimi really tried her hardest to sell me their other option to consolidate my debt. i wasn't looking for any consolidation just a loan to pay off debt, close accounts, and pay one payment a month. I have excellent payment history, zero collections, good mix of accounts, but my usage is high which brings my credit score down, but not bad. the reason why i'm giving them one star is for the fact that this person Mimi really try her hardest like i said to sell me their consolidation option but what made it worse is how much of a loser she was making me feel by telling me i will never pay my debt off because i keep charging and paying only interests. i mean she really tried to guilt me or make me feel stupid. So i wasn't buying what she was selling at that point...I understand these people probably work on commission, but if she would of let me at least have one night to think about it like i asked her, maybe i would of agreed but she didn't even want to do that. I was on my way to a meeting and I asked her to email the info so i can look over it at home and she said "what for...my explanation is better that what they send over email" and said i shouldn't think about it any more because i owe a lot of money and they can help me pay less and faster. i just wanted off the phone at that point but you can tell in her voice she was getting frustrated. so i told her, listen i just wanted a loan, i wasn't approved for one, fine. these are my debts and i will pay them...i'm not looking to get out of paying what i charge. At that point she got upset and said "well you obviously made up your mind and will never pay your debt off so i'm closing your file" so i said yes please, and she talked over me and repeated the same thing and i said yes, please close it. I was even being the adult here by thanking her for her service but i guess someone was calling and she had to answer and "help someone who really wants their help" and hung up. All I got to say to these folks is don't be pushy and get mad if you did not get a sale....many of us need more than a few minutes to make major decision. I feel for the suckers that fall under pressure.

The process is simple. The consultants are very thorough and accommodating all you need to have is the information ready so they can do their job. No hidden fees a very transparent company. Reviews are misleading. You need to call them and have the right information.

I have to say I am more than impressed with the services rendered by this company, having hopped from one company to the other in search of a loan to start up my business, a colleague of mine referred me to them. The application process was simple, I was professionally attended to, and in the end, I walked out a satisfied customer with my loan facility. Simply outstanding service!
