HSBC Bank in Irvine, CA

This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with. I deposit checks monthly for several of our vendors and this bank/location never ceases to disappoint. From ridiculously inconvenient business hours, understaffed, and general unhelpful employees I would never recommend anyone use this establishment.

I love Irvine, but this has to be the worst bank in the OC. Depressing ambience, rude customer „service,“ and above all you're ignored until your watch battery dies! Don't take my word for it, see for yourself [sarcasm.] I may be a pleb, but I'm smart enough to do banking elsewhere. PS Try Union Bank, they have quick lines, very friendly customer service. They remember your name each time! They have their own credit card, and there's a branch/ATM ALL over Orange County.

The bank lost it's great service and many branches after having cartel money being "legalized" through the Bank. Big American banks were seeing HSBC grow up inside America so they "made the HSBC case public". Now the Irvine services are 100% worst than it was in San Diego, but we cannot forget two things: US Banks were also involved with Cartel Money, but they never got punished as HSBC, only the "Chinese" was punished. Plus as mentioned wrongly here, all the illegal accounts are on Bank of America, Chase, and Wells Fargo, they are the ones protecting the US businesses slaves, the same one Homeland Security pretend to don't see for the past 6 years.
