The process of my refinance was truly an easy experience. When I first contacted ClearPath I was assigned to Ron Mir. He made the refinance a very pleasant journey. I had requested a 3 year adjustable loan and this is exactly what I got even though I was told by other lending people that this was not possible. Everything went very smoothly even the Notary was able to work with my schedule. Once the paperwork was signed ClearPath was quick to get the ball rolling on their part and everything was done quickly. I would highly recommend ClearPath to anyone who is considering a refinance.

I recently did a refinance with Clearpath lending for my home's in Texas and California. They handled them much smoother than either company who did my original purchase loans. I've never felt more comfortable with a company handling such an important transaction. I never felt ripped off, lied to, or kept in the dark about anything, unlike other lenders I've (unfortunately) dealt with previously. It was a breath of fresh air to have such helpful individuals make me feel like I was the most important person in the world during every stage of the process.
