This place has some of the rudest staff and most inconsistent policies. On one occasion I sent money via Western Union, and since I noticed my old address from another state was in the system, I asked the cashier/teller to change the address. She refused, insisting I do it the next time...and both her tone and language were unprofessional. On another occasion I went to collect a Money Gram transfer. Though Moneygram has the middle name as optional, the store insists that it must be included. Previously, I had received transfers, at this same establishment, without the middle name. How ridiculous! So, the sender needs to go back and add an optional item to suit the policy of this site? The store answer for any questioning is, "Well, you can go somewhere else." You are absolutely correct...AND I can write a bad review!!!
