I just want to say thanks to Kenneth, Kyle, Pam and his team for helping us closing on our new home in Huntington Beach for 894,000 recently, (a little below the asking price of 910,00). His team helped funded the loan in a timely manner (I was turned down from several banks because I was self employed with my own business. And the tax was too complicated). Even with that challenge we were able to close escrow within 30 days. His team was very professional and the negotiation went smoothly. Even with the existing tenants taking their time to move out behind schedule Kenneth was able to help me handle that even after escrow closed. We are now 5 minutes from walking distance from the beach. Our dream was to live in the surfing city and this has become true. I recommend that you try his team out if you're looking for a new home, selling existing home, or just want to know more about real estate. Or financing for a new home. They have it all.
