I am sorry that the mangment has a bad attitude with the customers. On of there policy is "GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE" they should teach or change the assistant manager(Janet) how to give good cuztomer service. She should leave her personal problems at home and not take them to work.

The staff make this location one of the best places to shop in the high desert. They are SUPER helpful and will go to great lengths to help. My wife and mother in law were trying to find a Peruvian pannetone for the holidays and there were none on the shelf - after asking staff they went back to look and found 2 more in storage after checking other Vallarta stores (without being asked to). That type of service is astounding. This location deserves an A+. Produce selection is superior to most stores in this area.
