Very disappointed in the rudeness of the manager! Waited 30 minutes on my 2nd trip there to be told that my child DOES have a school ID at the elementary level! Do not argue with the customer about what her child does or doesn't have when clearly you're uneducated about our local schools! Very shocked at her rudeness!!!

Very poor and profiled customer service. I get assisted when dressed nicely in uniform, had to conduct business account matters and the woman banker said my ID looked questionable ( i had my DL and my Debit card) and she refused to even access my account with a disgusted look because I had a very lazy in appearance day. On a different day (EXACT SAME WOMAN), I was asked to please stand in the consumer line as the merchant line was for business and disabled customers, 1. I am a merchant customer, and 2. I had a walking boot from a bad foot injury clearly unable to stand for long periods of time. I just drive all the way up to Girard and Florida now. Much. better experiences and very helpful staff

they only have 2 to 3 tellers max working any day at the busiest hours of the day. I don't blame them its not their fault BOFA should know better and take care of their customers before they bank elsewhere.

Yes the bank is packed but anytime I go in to see the business bankers I always get helped and taken care of . Thanks Daya and Fernando Very pleased client

Lines are always long and they hardly ever have more than 2 tellers. I have a business account and even when their business line is open the teller who runs it is slow and unproductive. Management seems to think that socializing is more important than customer service. Hire more tellers or get managers to service teller windows instead of standing around doing nothing. I'd give this location half a star if I could.
