Collection Bureau of America in Hayward, CA

I don't know what to do can someome please help?? I have been getting emails and phone calls that I owe over 900 dlls. And they dom't explain why??

Very bad phone service I called today to get their email to send some information and the lady that was speaking to me was rude and hung up on me 4 times I was speaking to her in English and I didn't hear what she was saying to me because there was a air plan passing ahead.. So she tells me do you need someone to speak to you in Spanish.. I was offended by that I was speaking to her in English why would she say if I needed someone to speak to me in a language I wasn't speaking to her with... Not happy about my service

This company and employees are horrible! The customer service sucks. I called to get my account settled and they were all rude. The first person I spoke to name was Harley this guy. He was so rude and disrespectful. He spoke to me like I had stole something from him. The way he handled my suitation like he did not want to be bothered. And when I stated that I wanted to dispute the account he became very defensive. I asked to speak to a manager because I didnt like how he was talking to me and of course he responded that he was the manager. So I waited on hold for another person and just recieved a voicemail. Then I had to call back and spoke to a lady. I didnt catch her name. But i had to explain my whole suitation to her as well. She became defensives as well. She eventually hung up on me after I asked for the email address to send a document too. She did not want to give me the email address. So then I called back again and recieved a another person name Elizabeth. She was a little more courteous.I asked her why the other lady hung up on me and she didnt know why. So i asked if she thought that it was ok for her to do that and she said no and then stated that she probably did it cause I made her mad. Overall no customer should be treated like this. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.

And the most ludicrous part of this whole nonpayment, I have NEVER received a bill for this so called Water Bill or seen proof of this so called CHARGE and now you show up on my credit report for $170 for a bill back in 2010. i was evicted and gone. The last SJWW bill of 94.19 was pd in 2010 Feb. I was in Humboldt from Feb to June of 2010. According to the credit report...YOUR OWN WORDS reported Feb 8th 2011.. A whole year later...someone truly asleep at the desk. According to your reporting date.. i was in Maui a full 8 months...

If I could put a negative star here I would. Supervisor named Asia, rude, she will hang up on you, very impatient. Now I believe all these negative comments on this establishment. Does not care about your concern they just want you to pay up. I don't owe any per DS services, DS services let my bill roll and did not zero out my account they sent my account over to collections bureau of America without any notice, phone call or letter sent to me. As CBA suggested back in Feb 6 to sent an email dispute to them to return the account back to DS Services, which I did the same day. My email had been idle with them and if I did not call back they will let it rot until my credit score go bad. Both DS Services and CBA had the same horrible service. Nightmare! Stay away from DS services! Al Hambra, Sparklettes water delivery. Bad Experience.
