Worse banking experience ever at this location, one teller and there is atleast 15 people waiting in line. This is my second time coming here because I thought upon my first visit they may have been short handed but other people told me that it's always like that. Smh

Wait is really long , they have 1 teller open and the other tellers are just walking or talking among themselves . Wait is usually 45 mins to an hour or more . Worst Bank of America ive been too .

Do not come here, unless you have time to waste! Only one teller in line and I waited 50 minutes for a merchant transaction. Absolutely unacceptable, Bank of America you need to fix this problem ASAP!

Two stars instead of one because the self-claimed new manager said she arrived to find the branch short on tellers, that Feb 16 one of two tellers left sick. Why don't these banks cross train, why couldn't she as manager open a teller drawer?? Please use common sense.

Came I at 2pm on a Thursday. Needed a wire transfer. Waiting because I'm still here now about 35 min. Two bankers are here but one looks like he is face timing.The other one is busy with someone. And assures me it will be one moment. JUST BE HONEST. And say it will be a little while... This customer service must be the worst ill see in awhile..
