Joe Macial goes above and beyond for his clients. I can't express how appreciative and thankful I am of him and his company. He comes highly recommended. I recently purchased a home in which my realtor left the keys under the door mat but failed to inform me. The house as broken into and the intruder had gone through an unsecured window. The house keys were not physically in my possession when it occurred but because it was already recorded the listing agent and realtor said there's nothing they can do when several windows in the home were left unsecured. The listing agent had gone to the house a day before the property was mine and failed to secure the windows and the realtor went to the house the day I was to get the property and also failed to secure Windows. They stole washer,dryer,fridge which were all in the contract. This is my first home purchase so I reached out to Joe for advice because it was a set back for us. I had to submit a property damage claim and Joe offered to pay a portion of my deductible even though he wasn't involved. It goes to show he has a heart and is compassionate.
