People are very friendly, and their investment strategies have been helpful, but getting anything unusual done is like pulling teeth. An elderly family member is in a convalescent hospital cannot come in to do her banking, and the bank simply does not know how to deal with that--either on the 800 service line or at the local branch. They say they will call back or follow up, and they don't. Wells is very nice, but their customer service is horrible!

I wouldn't recommend going to this branch. The blond counter manager lady is not very business friendly. She is rude and unhelpful. I cashed a check just fine one day, then when i went back 2 days later to cash another check from the same clients and she was there this time. She wouldnt except the same id that i used the last time i was there to cash a check. She changes her policies based on a whim. So I just went to another branch in grass valley on sutton way and they cashed it just fine. I was going to open my business account there, but now im going to bank with another institution. One of the worst experiences in customer service ive ever had. Also im in a wheelchair, so she wasted an hour of my time to load and unload myself into my van. Ill never go back here. Now i tell everyone i know, to not bank with wells fargo.
