If you are looking for a bank that will provide you contemporary service then you would be a fool to become a member with LAFCU. If you have any problems after hours with your account you are in deep water because their call center representatives have no more access or liberty to adjust anything to alleviate any of your worries than what you can do on your own by going to your account online. Basically, there call center services is useless. Periodically, they have computer glitches that shut down everything, including your money, so no payroll deposits going in and you won't have access to your money. They recently routed all their branch location numbers to a call center which is the call center that cannot and will not ever help you. You'll get better customer service from an Indonesian call center rep that cares less about his or her job, period. I have been a loyal customer with LAFCU since 2000 and I have seen their service crumble slowly to the point that after Monday, Feb 2, 2015 my account will be closed for good. In short, you can pay now or pay later with this bank, but why pay at all when you can simply join another bank and save yourself a lot of unnecessary frustrations when you least expect it. Trust me, you do not want to go through the shock and awe that I have been through with this bank. God bless you if choose to not heed my warning

Never given me any sort of trouble for anything. Always quick and easy to deal with. Just don't try to call them. Their phone service is poor.
