HSBC Bank in Glendale, CA

Worst ever. I went in multiple times to conduct normal business and was treated like a street thug. I have been with HSBC for over 10 years in 7 different countries as a Premier member. I'm not sure how these CSRs and CSMs up to executive level get buy with such rude behavior. Not only that I am used to much nicer and polite people when dealing with Folks in the valley. Not TYPICAL HSBC or valley hospitality

I am with HSBC since 2004,and i am very happy,i like them,they are very nice and helpful.Specially manager in Brand location ,she is very nice,very professional. For me this bank is better then wells fargo.In HSBC you never will see waiting people,beside other countries have HSBC bank too, I will recommend this bank those people who really cares about their time,friendly,quick customer service. Thanks everybody who works there.

I never see a bad bank than HSBC

I feel bad when I stepped into the bank, only three clerks in this branch and the lobby is empty, makes me feel like they don't have any clients at all. I had an appointment with someone named Larry regarding the investment options, I was 5 mins earlier so I went to a banker and asked her some questions about opening a new account, she is so arrogant and said I don't know about it, you could ask Larry... A banker has no idea of how to open a new account? r u sure you are a banker? Another banker came to be later and talked me about their promotion of opening a new account, after 20 mins, Mr. Larry still missing....So I waited him for another 10 mins, the bankers told me he is on the way to the Glendale branch from Pasadena branch, the appointment is 12:00pm and he is late for more than 30 mins. After 30mins, which is 12:30pm, Larry called me and told me he is not coming to the glendale brach because of a ongoing trade... Hey Mr. Larry, if you read this review, I think you need to go back to elementary school and learn how to respect others!

HSBC has gone downhill over the years. The perks of being a premier member are still nice, but customer service almost couldn't be worse. These problems aren't particular to this location.
