i also had a bad experience at the glendale branch. i walked in to open an account and the woman who was in charge of opening accounts was with another client. she kndly told me to have a seat and she would be with me in 3-5 minutes. ya right. i ended up waiting 20 minutes before i walked out. so frustrating.

Horrible Experience, They treat NON-CUSTOMER rude!!! I was a customer for 3 years, I have never paid so many fees with other banks. I decided to open an account with them, since my employer has an account there. But it just ridiculous the fees they have. I decided to switch to CITIBANK, I love them, they are friendly no matter what branch you go to. I did go back to this Bank of the West branch branch after I closed my account to cash a check. They looked at me mad that I was no longer their customer and charged me $7.50 to cash a check. I will never do business with them, they have horrible standards.

Had to go there to setup an online account due to security reasons. Went through all the troubles and filled out signed application form and was told it will be done in 1~2 business days. Never happened, the rep on the phone won't do anything when the application phone was not submitted by the branch, and the branch manager lied about not having anything form about the account. Very unprofessional and will soon close my accounts with this dead-beat bank with call time longer than 40min every time.
