There's literally 3 girls in the back just talking like always every time I come there's only 3 people being helped and more than 10 people in line... It looks like u guys are over staffed and give the shittiest worst experience in customer service. Where do you hire this girls off of ? AS AM WRITING THIS SOME NEW GIRL CLOCKED IN AT 1202 OBVIOUSLY THEY DONT HAVE TO BE HERE ON TIME AND SHES NOT EVEN GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE STILL WAITING HERE FOR OVER 15 MINS AND STILL WAITING...

I usually go to the Speedy Cash on Raymond in Fullerton but needed to stop by this one in a hurry. The difference between Fullerton and Garden Grove Speedy Cash is night and day. The lady that helped me at Garden Grove Speedy Cash was impatient and not the least bit polite. I asked to take out and she didnt ask for how much. She automatically started counting out $250. When i told her i didnt need that much she seemed irritated and had to ask a fellow employee to cancel the transaction. She then gave me several papers to sign without explaining what they were. Having been a while since I've taken a loan I was confused. She ended the transaction with giving me my reciept without saying a word or telling me when my due date would be. Instead she slid the reciept through the window and immediately walk away.
