Credit Damage Expert in Fullerton, CA

Please see attached email communication. I would never recommend anyone to hire this person for any reason. He is combative and rude. When he was unable (by his own admission) to do what his website claims I ended the call (20 minutes) and requested a refund. He denied my refund stating I was "abrupt and rude therefore there was no basis for a refund." When I told him I would handle my refund outside of contacting him (I had to pay $450 upfront via pay pal before he would speak to me at all) and that I was going to file a report with the FTC and do a review he said he "welcomes contact" from the FTC. He is like no professional I have ever encountered. DON'T USE THIS MAN. If things don't go right he will not refund you the $450 for the consultation which pales in comparison the the $3,500 he wants for a report to be admissible in court and $10,000 he wants to testify. Pretty sure you'll have to pay that in advance too. Thankfully pay pal will handle this.
