This place is amazing. I bought my little Scion Tc from them, and I am in love with my car. When I first went in, I had gone to the wrong location of where the car was at. Ron was the guy that took me across town to see it. He drove my Scion for me, because I didn't feel comfortable driving it at the time. I knew I wanted the car as soon as I saw it. Ron and Mark worked with me on getting the car financed. I have no credit, but they made it possible for me to get my car. They made sure I understood everything with the car and paperwork, even helped set up my insurance. Every little question or concern I've had, they have answered and put me at ease. They are easy to talk to, and make you feel comfortable from the start. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience of buying my first car.

Awesome place to do busienss with!! Friendly, quick and pretty honest compared to alot of places ive been.. when I first came they didn't hound me like hungry salesman. They let me and my girl look on our time and our comfort and when we had questions they answered them and helped us leave with a new Car!! And later on When there was some minor Issues with the car (Lights & Fuses) they handled it all without excuses or blowing us off and went above and beyond. Made us feel comfortable doing business with a place that takes time for their customers and makes sure we are happy!!!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. If you are looking for great customer service and a vehicle at a resonable price, than I highly suggest to ask for Mai here at Westland Auto in Fresno, CA or in Clovis, CA. He was very understanding and NOT pushy like other salesman at other dealerships. He was able to get my monthly payment that was reasonable and not over my budget. Plus, they have plenty of used inventory to choose from!!!

I recommend westland auto sales. Mark was incredibly professional and gave outstanding service. For a used car dealership they make you feel like they care about the whole experience. However the service manager's attitude could use an adjustment. Mark was more than willing to take any problem I had and find a solution for it. In my past experience used auto dealerships would run you in circles. Mark followed up with me nearly a month after I purchased my vehicle (2009 Ford Escape) which tells me they are not afraid to stand in front of there products which made me feel confident in my decision to purchase my vehicle from them.
