I called him up and the same day got in and was pre-approved. From there he and his team did all the leg work and they did it right the first time. Almost all our interaction was electronic which makes it super convenient and easy. The sellers wanted to bump up the closing 20 days, this was no problem for Bob and his team. When it came to lock the rate he kept me in the loop on which way he thought the market would swing and when we should pull the trigger. Called Mr. Cheema in the morning in regards to getting a mortgage loan approval letter.He agreed to meet 1/2 an hour later & I just left his office with Approval Letter in my hand.
