I used them for my loan purposes in October. Got there to sign the docs and because they had moved something on my credit my PMI moved up thus causing my monthly payment to be almost $90 higher per month. Then a friend went to use them for a recent purchase, and what the run around and nightmare he had. Buyer beware of this company, they will lie and cheat their way into getting your loan then things change when closing happens. I thought it might have been an isolated incident with me, but now two of us, obviously there is something wrong internally... WALK AWAY!
