I had very bad experience with Abacus Financial Services (gingerloan.com). Spent more than 2 months, they could not do a 30 years refi. They are just NOT capable, The principal person HuiMin is very unprofessional, her attitude and response are really don’t match her education title. She even hung up my phone call during the conversation. Very poor customer service. Don't reply phone calls; don't keep what they have promised to customer. It is really a Shame. Doing business with Abacus Financial (gingerloan.com) is NOT 梦里都笑醒! It is a unpleasant experience and regrets. I don't recommend to do business with them. If you do business with them, you will risk your loan get denied. Do your homework to find a reputable and good financial services.
