Allison Finnan customer service rep in this location is the most disrespectful person ever seen. I don't think you, as a customer, want to hear "if you don't like it go to another bank" as an answer and throw your card under the window Careful, if do you want to close an Kinecta account they will retain $5 or ask for a secured credit card. Since when a bank ask for that !!! when you see a store with glass in front of counter like this one STAY AWAY !! That tells you employees are jerks !! Wells Fargo Bank and Citibank don't have glass and even shake your hand when welcome you.

Cozy little store, but it is missing a coin deposit machine.
