We used Raffi for loan pre-approval and used that figure to make an offer on a condo. When the offer was accepted, we shopped our loan around to compare rates and found out most other banks would not approve us for that amount. Nonetheless, Raffi assured us we would be fine. We even asked him directly how confident he was our loan would be approved, and he said he is very confident and would not have accepted us if he were not. He pressured us into going with him and we dropped our other inquiries with other banks. And right before the end of the business day, he called back and said there was a "glitch in the system" and we would not be approved. In addition to his incompetence, he was rude on the phone. This guy got us into a mess and I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

Rarely wait time. Plenty of parking. Lots of customer service staff.

I go here often and have found the staff to be cordial and helpful. Haven't had any bad experience.

Incompetent service. I've scheduled an appointment online and in person twice with them and both times the customer rep forgot and wasn't onsite for the meeting time. The time I did meet with them they completed the transaction improperly and I had to wait 3 days for my money to be reflected in my account again.
