Inland Valley Federal Credit Union in Fontana, CA

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend doing business with them especially if you need a loan. I have been a member of this credit union for 20+ years and had loans with them for 8. I have always made my payments on time since my credit is important to me. This past month, i had recently moved out of state and simply forgot to make my payment since I was busy with the move, I missed the payment by 14 days, not even long enough to charge me a late penalty. Nobody called me or notified me in anyway to give me a heads up or simple friendly reminder about my loan. Instead, when Jerlene, the collector saw I had my direct deposit coming through she froze my entire account so I had no access to any of my money, even though the payment was made as soon as the money was in my account. What was the reason for her freezing the rest of my money...they already had what was owed to them. I left a message with Chuck, the CEO however, he failed to call me back. The customer service in this facility has gone out the window. It is nonexistent. I strongly discourage anyone from going here and doing business with these people.

Always polite and helpful. Yes the lines get back up @ times, but they do @ BofA too (which is HORRIBLE, clientele, reps...) IVFCU has always help me and the family!

Very professional and trustworthy, which is hard to come by for a bank. Such an awesome staff.

People here are nice helped me to refinance my car but to access your account seems hard every time I call they put me on hold and wait for 10 to 15 min. Tried doing it online even worst! It doesn't work

There nice in person. But after I left every aspect of having an account here has been difficult. The online banking is a complete joke and doesn't work. I'm entering everything I entered at the bank or signing up and it won't work again. My pin I set up didn't work the first time I went to use it. I know Im not making mistakes this is on your end. I've had horrible experience at every step of dealing with them after you open an account with them.
