After being a WAMU customer for years and then being transferred to Chase I have been disappointed. More fee's and tech languages. Huge overdraft fee's, monthly charges. Also, the marketing pieces are disingenuous to say the least—dressing up their overdraft "protection" as an asset when it allows them to charge you $34 fee for every single charge. Now I have a monthly charge of $10 a month just for having less than $500. Today I closed my account. Search around there are better banks with better deals.
