Poor communication via mail, letters were dated 2 months before actually mailed. Staff member quoted my mortgage as increased, with an increased interest rate. When I corrected him, he treated me like I knew nothing and he tried to explain mortgage interest and an impound account to me. Turns out, he was wrong and I was right, yet his attitude stayed the same. No accountability. They tried to stick me with a 4.75% when it was actually written for 4.25%. "Well' we have to check in underwriting". They are crooked and rude, stay away!
