Tellers here are fast, helpful and polite. I wish the customer service was a little better on the phone, though.

I have been trying to get ahold of customer support now for 2 days I relize it's a weekend but for being a credit union there should be a live person to talk to 24 hr a day all year long like all other normal banks. I have never had such a hard time setting up a debit card pin as I have for this bank.

Someone at coast centeral deposited my check into their own account and when I call every number that's given to me for coast centeral no one freaking picks up at all I'm sick of this bank it's the 3rd time they have done this with mine and my families money ! You need a damn customer support line!!!
