Zach Taylor is a top notch professional who is very knowledgeable, responsive, and experienced in his job. He took the time to explain the complexities of the home mortgage lending process and did so in a manner that was easy to understand. He was always timely in responding to my calls, emails, and questions. He also invested the extra time and effort to contact a somewhat hesitant Seller's agent numerous times to ensure the agent that I was qualified for the loan and had the reserve funds to close the deal. Zach was fantastic to work with...I cannot say the same for us. Not that we're horrible people, but our circumstances for securing a mortgage were less than ideal: two recent divorces, merging houses, managing support payments...you get the point. On top of that, we were committed to a 4-week trip to Europe in the midst of escrow. Throughout the process Zach clearly kept our best interests at heart, even securing us a lower interest rate in the middle of escrow. Communication was great despite a 9 hour time difference. Patient, helpful, supportive, I probably cannot write enough to express our admiration and appreciation for his professionalism and awesomeness as an individual. Oh - and he totally understood why our place was our dream - and he was crucial in helping us achieve it. I would be remiss without mentioning the support of Lynette throughout the process as well. She is simply amazing...I guess when it comes down to it, you CANNOT do better than RPM - Cardiff. They will go to the mattresses (Godfather reference) for you. No doubt. Highly recommended!
