I would highly recommend Hieu Lam with Renew Lending. As an agent it is important that that there is good communication with the lender and all parties, Hieu does a great job doing that. The website does not contain current information. I went to the address on the website (which is also listed in the google search and yelp) and the receptionist stated that the company had moved in November 2016. There is only a voicemail for a person, that doesn't state their company name, when calling the business phone number. Seems very unprofessional and I chose to go with a different company.
