This branch is tricky. They're always trying to add on some new service, and while I understand that this is part of the job, it is consistently annoying to feel solicited. I find myself repeatedly declining services I don't need. The last time I went to the branch, a teller asked me if I wanted a credit card. I said I wasn't interested, but she kept pressing, so I agreed that she could check out my pre-approval, and I left. Today, my online banking suddenly showed that I a have a $15,000 credit line, which I did not ask for or approve of and the physical card's whereabouts are unknown. My guess is that the tellers are trying to meet some kind of target or quota for these services and they are using customers to meet these ends with inadequate consent.

Terrible service, rude employees, not helpful at all. Zero customer service. I have been banking with us bank for a long time, other branches are very nice. But these people here don't look like us bank employees. Zero zero zero customer service. Very rude people. Always had bad experiences going there.
