Worst customer service of any bank I've every been in. 30 plus minute wait time at the drive thru and going inside isn't much better. don't understtand how they keep this branch in business.

4:30 PM during the week... 6 people in line... took mgmt. 13 minutes to open a single teller window. Need I say more.

The worse service someone can ever experience. Manager hangs up the phone on customers and does not allow them to speak. Manager is super rude and not to mention that type of language he used with clients. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and no matter what the customer is always right and should always be treated with respect.
