Union Bank in El Cajon, CA

If you want to be treated like a insignificant customer, then by all means please go to the Union Bank in Rancho San Diego. They are not friendly and completely out of touch with their customers. If you have a dispute with them instead of working with the customer to remedy the problem, they just wait a month and take the money out of your account. Not going into the Rancho San Diego Union Branch was the best remedy to my problem. On the other hand, many of the other Union Bank branches are kind and friendly and go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service. Shame on you Rancho San Diego Union Bank. I didn't want to even give them one star, but they won't let you post if you don't at least put one star.
