Horrible customer service my wife was recently mugged and her debit card in wallet was stolen ! She then went to the bank one hour before they close and because they had other people and did not want to stay after two they refused to help her. After she waited for 45 minutes to be helped they told her to leave. She could've gone to a different bank and got a new debit card and now we can't make certain bills that were due! They were very rude to her and the manager Jackie Lee always been rude every time we go in there and we never give her a reason we don't even say anything were quiet people that keep to ourselves. We feel so violated I have closed all of my bank accounts at b of a and if I ever get to join a class action We will! I paid off my car and credit cards just because of this! I closed out all my bank accounts! Never again will I do business with Bank of America I am soon to be promoted at my business and we passed millions through this bank which I will be also b switching locations ! Excuse my lack of grammar I just don't care I'm so upset.
