They have over 3 tellers just standing up, always talking instead of attending the full line of people! This happens every Monday and Friday. And for the business line, the teller keeps a full long conversation with customers, instead of doing the job and keep the line moving! There are over 30 people who are waiting to be attended and 16 workers. This is a pretty good ratio of workers to clients but they just don't seem to know what they are doing.
