This branch has had the most dedicated staff I have ever encountered. Every time you walk in it's like your super VIP. Had an issue with online fraud once, and the 1800 number told me it could take a few weeks to sort out. Well I called this branch directly, and they recovered my stollen money the next day! Despite their heroism it's just an example of the lengths they go for their customers. Sadly with my new location I'm no longer with Wellsfargo, but if I do return this branch will be my main stop once again.

Ryan B's review is spot on. Branch Manager Kelli Burkhardt and the rest of team provide better service than one can expect from any business. Wells Fargo is ok as a bank, but not all that different from BofA or Chase in my experience. It's the people at this branch that make it outstanding.
