We just closed on our new house thanks to Signet mortgage! They stayed in constant contact, helped us through all the paperwork, watched the interest rates like hawks, and as a result scored us a great loan with a low interest rate. Timing and communication really is everything. I originally choose Signet for their knowledge and expertise in 203k and Homestyle renovation loans. Ultimately we bit off more than we could chew with our project (the house was literally coming apart at the seams and the city condemned it) and ended up going with a conventional loan. I found it difficult to locate a lender that had knowledge and experience with these loans and was happy when I stumbled across Dave and his team! I would certainly (and intend to) recommend Signet to friends and family. Cheers!
