most horrible service ive ever had. they cant get anything done. they need to know your whole life story just to cash a simple check this wells forgo is really sad and needs improvement on a massive level. if you want something done without waiting an hour just to here bad news, DONT GO TO WELLS FORGO IN WESTLAKE!!!!!!!

Worst service ever . They asked for two forms of Identification and when I gave them the two forms they asked they denied them and said I needed a credit card instead. I will never go back to them again .

This Wells is hands down... The best. All tellers and bankers are incredibly helpful, and friendly. They get the job done in record time, every time. Huge bonus is that they are open on Sundays.
