I recently went through a refi with your company. Sandy Cordery was your agent that handled my application. I do not have the time to tell you here, all of the crazy experiences that I had to go through while applying for the loan. It would make a great TV comedy for sure. I must admit, at times the frustration began to be too much, but thanks to Sandy, I laughed my way through it and we closed eventually. I cannot tell you how amazing she is! You have in her an employee and associate that is beyond priceless! I once told her, toward the end of the process, after being asked for anything and everything I could imagine, more than once, that if the underwriters ask for one more thing I would just pay off my home and end my misery. She not only kept me motivated to make it to the end of that mess, but she kept me smiling all the way. 10 further silly requests after my threat to give up we finally closed. With a smile on my face and some of the greatest laughs I have ever had. She stuck by me and worked her butt off to make sure I was not only taken care of but also made sure I had a great experience through the entire process. She is your MVP without a doubt!!!
