Americash could not have been more easy to work with on my Home Refinance! They asked for documentation clearly, clarifying anything I had questions about. They gave me multiple options for progression, working with me when it turned out my loan wasn't going to be quite as smoothly restructured, but even then, Americash got me a fantastic option that will help immeasurably! Once everything was in their court, it took them no time at all to secure a great result! Thank you, Matt and Melina! You guys are the best!

My husband and I wanted to refinance out of our mortgage insurance this past summer. I had gone to get some referrals through lending tree and James Lowell from Americash was one of the loan officers that contacted me. We absolutely loved our experience with them! It was super fast; James was so patient with all my questions. He was very open and honest and we knew we could trust him through the process. They saved us almost $1000 dollars a month! Then to top it off, he recently contacted us again with the news rates had dropped even more and will be able to save us even more money at no cost for us. My only regret is that I didn't go through them when we bought our house. Great customer service, competitive rates. No negatives here!

I worked here and it was a horrible experience. I feel really bad for my customers who had to deal with the processing staff at Americash. If you want a smooth loan process avoid Americash. Do yourself a favor and find a different company!

This company was fair to me. They worked with me knowing my credit score was low. They offered me different programs that was worth trying. The bottom line I got re-financed through them, and I play-off all my debts. But the down side was that my monthly bill was a bit high for paying off extra bills that really didn't need to be payed. But with money in savings and my credit score sorring I'll be re-financing again just for a lower monthly rate next time, with no money out. The process wasn't smooth and they always asked for more documents or something. It took 63 days to get it done. I just wish my payments were lower. Otherwise my guy Zack A was kool and not forceful in his dealing with me. I had to mail out checks to creditors...
