Bad service, I showed up fifteen min before they closed and got turned away.. I really needed a temporary card so I can purchase the last book I need for college. When I told them this she looked at me emptily and just said I can't help you. Thanks for yet another delay and complication due to bad service and sub par management. It's not my fault your understaffed b of a. There is no reason I couldn't have been served.

This place was a waste of time back in the days but now it got better once they installed the new teller machines.

Horrible they lie about their hours on Saturday only open till 2 not 5pm like they claim

Complete waste of my time!... The three other "Google User" Reviews are just bots. This bank does not know how to function properly. I waited in there gross stained lobby chairs for about 45 minutes until i just couldn't bare to waste my life sitting there.. There four accountants. One Standing around. another one rushing to finish with a brat customer, the third one was incompetent and useless. And the fourth was helping the third with her customer. And then he decides to go on lunch! The bank was not very busy when i had gotten their and thought to myself "great i should be outta here in no time" WRONG. Do your self a favor.. do NOT go into this bank. if you do, you would have wasted over an hour of your precious life.

Always long lines, expect to be in line for 30 minutes or more. I have to wait in a business line and it still takes forever even with one person in front of me. Nearly the entire regular line went before us, why have two designated lines then!?!
