Tellers are always slow and they always have to get something wrong in my account.There is always a long line no matter what day and time.I live in Coachella and I drive to La Quinta or Bermuda Dunes to go to their Wells Fargo.

I always get the service that I need, in a timely manner. Every worker is attentive, kind, and considerate. I like this Wells Fargo :D

The banker did not want to count $1 in penny's I make daily deposits and never bring change with me. The banker said it is Wells Fargo policy to not count more then $1 in change. It would have been nice to inform the customer Of the policy and still counted the change. I had to get back in line after I recounted the penny's and rolled them for MY personal banker that's crazy. No WOW service at Wells Fargo.

The worst. Lead teller Eduardo Carrasco has no customer skills at all. Worst branch in my area. Looking at The the ratings, I'm not the only one who thinks so.
