Horrible!! My dad died after being a faithful customer for years he would go in and joke with them and when I called to let them know about his death, they did not care. Shame on you Wells Fargo!'

Terrible! If you want ridiculous high fees, frequent errors, horrible phone support, business bankers that don't return phone calls or emails then this is the place for you. I was forced to open a trust account here for a particular reason but why anyone would choose to bank here is beyond me. Where do you get off charging $14 per month for the privilege of banking with you and then another $10 per month to export info from my online account to my bookkeeping software, $10 for a cashiers check and $25 for a single ACH deposit. There are so many better options out there. I highly recommend your friendly neighborhood credit union... you know the one with the owl in their logo. They care about people believe in service and don't charge you a fee to have an account.
