This branch was horrible I went in there to cash my check and I was really sick and out if it and didnt notice till I got home that I was missing 96dollars and I never got a reciept I rather bank at chase

This is my personnel experience. me and my friends we had 9 accounts. Hidden charges are so much in this bank. i m personnaly suggesting you never never never open account in this bank. Even if it is technical problem in bank then also they will charge you arround 100 dollar and also they will never give you back. I was stupid because i open account here. it was better if i had given 200 dollar to homeless people, atleast we can help some one.

I would like to give this branch no stars because they were rude, racist, and have influenced my decision to go to another bank. I would recommend never using this branch even if you have to drive farther to another location. The assistant manager there was short tempered and unwilling to provide decent customer service, which is the point of her job. I will never return to that location, and I am seriously considering changing my financial business to another bank. The assistant manager should be reprimanded and demoted. Out of numerous US Bank locations in four states across the country, I have never had such a terrible experience.
